Strategic Sourcing Analyst Vadnais Heights, MN Hybrid (2-3 days per week in-office) Position Overview The Strategic Sourcing Analyst II will be essential in ensuring a reliable and efficient supply of high-quality materials to meet both internal and external customer needs. This role primarily focuses on day-to-day sourcing activities, managing cost optimization, vendor registration, invoice discrepancy resolution, and system enhancements. In addition to regular sourcing duties, the Analyst II will support project-based work and collaborate with managers and directors on material sourcing, usage tracking, forecasting, and price reconciliation. The Analyst II may also take on responsibilities for directly sourcing materials, ensuring optimal value and supply assurance. The position requires a balance of tactical execution with a strategic mindset for continuous improvement in processes and systems. #LI-MM1 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $70,000 - $91,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
