Dual Credit Student Support Specialist (PT Grant Funded)

Assist the grant manager and dual credit coordinators with events such as recruitment events, admission, enrollment, and parent meetings for the AAS Engineering Technology Manufacturing Technologist. Assist the grant manager with grant records, student pathways, and student interventions.

Deliver interventions in coordination with Dual Credit staff and high school staff.

Assist in events for AAS students.

Maintain grant records including student' progress and intervention.

Assist in recruiting and retentions of students.

Develop competency in communicating the AAS degree path and expectations.

Three years' experience in high school, higher education or similar grant-funded program.

Knowledge of college policies and FERPA.

Ability to work independently.

Reliable transportation.

Project management experience.

Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

Bachelor's Degree and/or teaching certificate.

Bilingual Spanish.
