As the Senior Manager, SC, you will lead a team of Solutions Consultants responsible for providing product and technical business solutions to support sales activities. You have a proven track record of building impactful teams, implementing new business processes and establishing strong partnerships with sales and senior leadership.

What you will do:

  • Hire, mentor, and lead a team of Solutions Consultants/Solutions Engineers to ensure they have the tools, knowledge, and skills required to support the sales process effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Provide visibility across the company about the progress, needs and challenges of the Sales & Service team.
  • Provide technical and sales guidance and support to the sales team in presenting our technology to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Business teams to relay customer feedback and help shape product development.
  • Work closely with Sales leadership and business stakeholders to build relevant go-to-market strategies as well as assist in implementation and execution of sales activities.

You need to have:

  • 5years of relevant experience in the Legal Service or Tax Service sector.
  • 3+ years' experience working in a customer-facingrole,preferably in apre-saleor a consultant capacity.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling teams in a leadership role preferred.
