Your Opportunity:Taymark Inc., a Taylor Company, is seeking a Production Hand Packager/Finisher for our White Bear Lake location.

Your Shift:

  • 1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial production equipment including large roll presses for dies to cut raw materials
  • Converts materials into sellable goods or into components for kitting jobs
  • Assembles, binds, counts and/or packages materials and products manually
  • Performs basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance
  • Folds & tapes boxes, applies labels, and stacks boxes on pallets according to direction
  • Picks, carriers, and delivers required materials and produced good to other parts of the warehouse
  • Assist in other areas in warehouse and production as necessary
  • Able to lift, reach above shoulders, squat, and carrier materials 50+lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in warehouse pick/pack and order fulfillment
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within manual production field
  • Able to read, understand, and follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
  • Able to lift and carrier 50+ pounds

We Would Also Prefer:

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent
