Acara has partnered with our client to find a skilled Program/Project Manager 4 in Livermore, CA.
The Program-Project Manager is the single point of contact for Change Orders that affect their given
Product Group in the Semiconductor industry.
Program-Project Manager 4 Responsibilities:
  • The Engineering Change Program Manager is the single point of contact for Change Orders that affect their given Product Group
  • They manage and oversee the entire processing of the Change Order (CO) from submittal through implementation
  • Program manage/problem-solve cross-functional issues affecting the timely processing and execution of COs.
  • Responsible for managing the implementation of CO material-impact changes and ensuring deliverables required for factory implementation are complete to meet planned effectivity dates
  • Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective from initiation to delivery
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams through meetings
  • Progress measurement activity which brings distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget
  • Work closely with groups from Global Product Group, Global Operations, Customer Support Business Group, etc. as related to Change Control and must possess the ability to effectively operate cross-functionally at various levels of the organization.
  • Expert understanding of an integrated enterprise system database environment (i.e., PLM), specifically pertaining to Material Master, Bill of Materials, and Engineering Change Record. In-depth knowledge, understanding, and application of Doc Control/Change Control processes/systems
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of product structures, configurable vs non-configurable. In-depth knowledge, understanding, and application of interchangeability policy (i.e...., Form, Fit, Function) relative to Change Control practices.

Pay Rate: $92.85. p/hr.
Duration: Contract

Dayshift Shift hours: M-F, days, 5/8s

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • 8 years of related experience or equivalent experience
  • Requirements
  • Proven working experience in program management or supply chain within the Semi-Conductor or electronic sector
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Process knowledge in PLM (Enovia) and ERP (SAP) required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience using SAP data, Access and Excel, SQL a plus
  • PMP, MPM, or CPIM certification is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma is plus
