Our Benefits team is hiring a Global Benefits Analyst Contractor to support the administration of our US and Global benefits programs, while navigating through a fast-paced environment. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and provide guidance to employees benefits needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for all US and global benefits inquiries

  • Project support; US RFPs, International benefits implementation

  • Preparation and support of ACA 1095-C filings and other compliance related tasks

  • Assist in documenting and analyzing benefit processes

  • Conduct monthly reconciliation and auditing for benefits and risk insurance

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, HRBP, Payroll, HRIS)

  • Assist U.S. Benefits Analyst with managing leaves of absence and accommodations, working closely with current administrator

  • Help with Workday system testing and updates, review and approve benefit elections in Workday

  • Promote program awareness through creative communications to increase utilization

  • Assist with ad hoc projects and requests

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of global benefits administration experience, ideally in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment

  • Prior project management experience desired

  • Workday experience required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel VLOOKUP formula and pivot tables

  • Knowledge of ACA, HIPAA, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, and COBRA regulations

  • PHR, CEBS, or similar certification a plus

If you are hired in Belmont, CA, the compensation range for this position is between $59,850 and $111,150 for full-time employees. If you are hired in Denver, CO the compensation range for this position is between $51,500-$94,900 in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
