This is a unique opportunity to coordinate academic affairs activities for the College and serve as administrative assistant to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.

Position Function |
Coordinate academic affairs activities for the College and serve as administrative assistant to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. |
Minimum Education |
Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted in lieu of an associate's degree. |
Minimum Experience |
At least one year of related experience. |
Minimum Other |
- Excellent communication skills; organization skills
- Ability to coordinate a large and diverse workload with attention to detail and deadlines
- Proficient in standard and specialized office and analytical computer applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, MS Access, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
