Program Director

Location: Residential community of male inmates in Shirley, MA

Schedule: Full time. 40 hours a week and has to be available to work evenings and weekends if the opportunity arises

Pay rate: $67,000-$68,000/ annually

Qualifications:

• LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education, Counseling or closely related field.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Corrections experience preferred.

The Secure Adjustment Unit Program Director is responsible for:

• The direct management of all aspects of both the Secure Adjustment Unit and Behavior Assessment Unit at MCI Shirley Medium.
• Providing counseling services to offenders in the assigned treatment program.
• Working closely with Massachusetts Department of Correction (MADOC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.
