NOW OFFERING A $4,000 SIGN-ON/RETENTION BONUS FOR ACT DIRECT SERVICE POSITIONS!

Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week

On-call rotational assignment for ACT positions

$2/hr differential per hour for ACT direct service positions.

While this event is primarily for the ACT Teams, we are also interested in interviewing for the following positions:

• Case Managers
• Peer Support Specialists

(We are NOT Recruiting for Customer Service, Administrative, or Medical staff at this event.)

Qualifications

• GED/High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of behavioral health experience, or
• An associates degree in the field of medical or behavioral with a minimum of 2 years of behavioral health experience, or
• A bachelor's degree (not in the field of behavioral health) and 1 year of behavioral health experience, or
• A bachelor's degree in the field of behavioral, or
• A master's degree or higher in the field of behavioral health
• One year of experience in either: vocational rehabilitation, independent living skills, supported housing, or substance abuse counseling (individual and/or groups)
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, electronic medical record, NextGen preferred
• Valid AZ Driver License. Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy
• Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment
• Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members
• Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions
• Basic understanding of the DSM-V preferred
• Certified Case Manager strongly preferred
• Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening
