Advantage Resourcing is eagerly searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our full-service manufacturing client in Warwick, RI. We need someone who radiates positivity, is willing to learn new things, and strives to take ownership of responsibilities. Keep reading to find out more!

Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of proven administrative experience
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills


Pay: $22 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:



  • Manage a busy, multiline phone system
  • Greet guests as they enter the office
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
  • Maintain an organized, clean office environment
  • Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory
  • Order and oversee office supplies and food deliveries for group meetings
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes
