ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Lead the SCJ global employee travel and expense program, primarily from a Concur expense tool perspective, with responsibility of covering 50+ countries as the tool administrator

  • Manage global policy and process governance, reporting, metrics, and Concur system configuration

  • Provide functional and technical support to the NA Accounts Payable team to increase efficiency and effectiveness while working as part of a global network across regional & Global AP teams

  • Assist and contribute on global and regional projects and special assignments relevant for NA AP

This is an onsite role in Racine, WI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Expense Global Process Owner (GPO)

  • Serve as SCJ's dedicated point of accountability for global travel & expense governance, process design, strategy and policy with particular emphasis on expense

  • Manage operations by performing requested tool administration, coordinate system modifications and implementations, and perform annual SAP Concur GCB/HQ Admin Role assignment Audit

  • Analyze T&E annual spend and provide executives an annual Travel & Expense Report and policy review and advise on any needed enhancements based on current program gaps

Center of Excellence (COE)

  • Contribute on global and regional projects relevant to AP systems or integration of new activities while working collaboratively and cross functionally as required

  • Assist and provide coaching to support users in using SAP/other tools and serve as a point of escalation for incidents while serving as primary interface with BPT and Global AP team

  • Act as custodian of training materials for Accounts Payable and ensure materials are appropriately updated and ensure appropriate training is provided to team members, leveraging Subject Matter Experts (SME's) within the NA AP team where appropriate to do so

  • Collaborate with AP Team Leads to ensure adherence to policies & timely execution of SOAR Self-Assessments and Audit requirements (both SCJ Global Internal Audit & External)

  • Provide backup and special assignment support as needed to the NA AP leadership team

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field (Accounting preferred)

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Strong initiative and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems, manage multiple

  • Extensive experience with Accounts Payable, SAP and Concur (or other Global Travel & Expense)

  • Adaptive strategic thinking skills (high-level thinking when appropriate vs. detailed orientated) with the ability to influence and lead change initiatives and communicate in a positive manner

  • Flexible and can operate efficiently under continuous change and ambiguity

  • Lean mindset and demonstrated experience of process improvement & project management

  • Intermediate Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint skills

  • Remote work available once a week for eligible employees

  • This role is not eligible for relocation
