Proactively monitor, administer and report the contractual progress of works in conjunction of quantities and the respective payments within all relevant disciplines of site works, relating to the subcontracts assigned to them, to help ensure that the subcontractor's work is completed within its projected budget and sched-ule.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Project specific Quantity Surveillance Documents based on Contracts, Budgets, Bills of Quantities, and other relevant documentation.

  • Track Changes resulting from the Design and/or Construction Work and adjust Budget projections accordingly, e.g.: via Variation Orders & lead, be heavily involved in the negotiations of such Changes.

  • Uses information obtained from Subcontractor's site staff and HVDC's Site Management staff including Site Subcontracts Manager, Site Construction Managers, Site Supervisors and Site Engineers in the completion of the above activities.

  • Measure and value progressively the work done on site.

  • Communicates adequately & timely with Site Subcontracts Manager, the relevant Site Organization Teams as well as with the delegating line organization.

  • Attends regular Subcontractors specific Meetings organized & conducted by the Site Subcontracts Manager.

  • Prepare the Subcontract specific Work Progress Reports as inputs for the Overall Site Progress reporting and for the Contracts

  • Closeout Report.

  • Follows company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies.

  • Promotes HSE considerations to all partners throughout the project

  • Complies with company, country and project Quality standards

  • Promotes QA/QC considerations to all partners throughout the project
