Silver Spring Maryland Pay From: $20 per hour MUST: The Medical Assistant should have the following: 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant Confident with clinical abilities Ability to give injections Ability to obtain vitals, take medical histories and update patient's charts thru EMR (preferably Athena) Must have some experience assisting with GYN exams and or procedures Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment Strong customer service skills Ability to translate for Spanish speaking patients DUTIES: Duties of the medical assistant include but are not limited to the following: Room patients Obtain vitals and histories Document patient information in EMR Assist with OBGYN exams and procedures Administer injections Obtain Vitals Provide customer service Handle translations for Spanish Speaking patients Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
