Responsibilities

The Nurse Externship at Hillcrest Medical Center allows nursing students to work side-by-side with RNs and other licensed professionals. You can explore different types of nursing from Acute Inpatient to Critical Care. You will gain valuable clinical experience designed to assist with the transition from student to professional nurse. If you meet the minimum requirements below, please apply today!


Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Students must be enrolled in an ACEN or CCNE accredited RN program and be in good academic standing
  • Have a grade point average of 3.0 or above
  • Have completed one semester of nursing clinicals
