About the Job:

The position of Manager, Digital Marketing will have primary responsibility in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, a proven track record of successful campaigns, and the ability to lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.

In This Role, You Will:




  • Digital Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and platforms to stay ahead in the digital landscape.


  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.


  • Campaign Management:

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure goals are met.


  • Content Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms.


  • SEO and SEM:

    • Drive organic and paid search strategies to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
    • Stay informed about search engine algorithms and updates to optimize website performance.


  • Social Media Management:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
    • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.


  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team.


  • Budget Management:

    • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising campaign effectiveness.


  • All other duties and projects as assigned.



Qualifications

Required:




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on strategy and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce and Pardot experience is a must.



Location: This is an in-office role based in Charlotte, NC. No travel is anticipated.
