Description
Acara Solutions is currently seeking Manufacturing Assemblers for our client located in Austin, TX near Round Rock.

Contract: Temp to Perm after 90 days
Pay rate: $19.50/hr.
Shifts: 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:30pm (+10% shift differential)
Training: Training is required on 1st shift for the 2nd shift (90 days)
Job Responsibilities :
o Operate hand and power tools and materials
o Make minor setups of equipment in assigned area
o Review production data to identify potential areas of non-conformance
o May perform tests or quality checks on assembled units
o Interpret drawings and identify needed modification and improvements
o Work with direct supervision
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
o Skilled in the operation of a variety of assembly tools
o Visual acuity and manual dexterity
o Good verbal and written communication skills
o Good MS Word, Excel and MRP skills
o Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
Education, Certifications and Experience
o High School diploma or equivalent preferred
o Vocational or technical training preferred
o 1-2+ years production or related work experience required
