Description Acara Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager for a leading safety solutions company located in Cheektowaga NY. Salary up $125k/year 100% onsite Job Description: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of Technical Engineering, Customer Service, Safety, and the Warehouse, ensuring that safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals are being delivered. Leading their team to manage all inbound & outbound operations for the facility Maintaining and improving benchmark levels of safety, quality, delivery and cost Works with other business units to improve customer experience and drive continuous improvement throughout the entire supply chain network Responsible for the development of direct reports and building a talent pipeline for the facility and broader organization Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5 years of management experience in a Distribution or Operations setting Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic planning and continuous improvement Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Lean manufacturing experience preferred Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
