Loperfido & Associates, staff counsel for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is hiring a rising 3L Summer Law Intern (Class of 2026) who will have exposure to litigation and trial practice. The internship strives to provide a balanced and realistic representation of the function of Claims Litigation Counsel, as well as real-world exposure to a multitude of legal services being provided. The selected individual will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with attorneys on assigned projects, observe every phase of litigation, and will have a designated mentor throughout the internship. The internship has a full-time schedule in the summer beginning Monday, May 19, 2025, through Friday, August 1, 2025, with the potential to transition to a part-time schedule during the 2024/2025 school year. The selected intern will be paid $33/ hour and operate in a hybrid environment (combination of in-office and remote). The Summer Intern selected will also receive a $2000 Intern Stipend. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organization skills, an energetic/positive attitude, legal research knowledge, and the ability to work well under deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
