Seneca Global Services, LLCis seeking a Program Managerin Orlando, FL to join our team providing support to a large government customer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Develop a corporate knowledge base of policies and procedures and stay up-to-date on any changes impacting the project teams.
  • Manage contract administration over multiple task orders in coordination with project control and finance team members, ensuring completeness and accuracy in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with employees and learn the work being performed on the task orders you oversee.
  • Manage tracking of contract and task order details including awards and modifications, funding, and staff.
  • Support team member training, recruiting and hiring, onboarding/offboarding, status changes, reviews, and professional development.
  • Be a first line of contact for employees supporting government customers with all corporate questions, policies and procedures.
  • Administer travel expense processing and invoice review and approval.
  • Develop and maintain project trackers on a real-time basis, including tracking financials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective invoice processing.
  • Manage and track client-specific onboarding processes and milestones for new hires.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Active Secret Clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
  • At least three years of related experience.
  • Experience working with the DoD.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about a project.


Desired Skills:



  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certification
