Through our summer internship, our goal is to provide meaningful engagements and challenging opportunities to rising-Seniors who are looking for more than your typical internship over their summer.After completing your project(s), you will have an opportunity to present your results to senior company leadership and get real-time, immediate feedback on your work-product.The goal of our internship is to give you a feeling for a meaningful working experience in a global company, while we get an opportunity to see what you can do when presented with challenges and opportunities.At the end of the Internship, you may leave with an offer in-hand for full-time employment* following your expected graduation.

After graduation, new hires will engage in a 24-monthrotationalleadership programconsistingof two differentassignments (12-months each)acrossDover's business segments.Ineachassignment, participantswilltakemeaningful ITassignments in the areas of business systems development, security operations, business intelligence, Data analytics, project management, process automation, machine learning, and many more!With supportandmentorshipfrom local andDovercorporateleadership,eachassignmentwill offer ahands-on, supportiveenvironmentthatfosters bothformalandinformallearningand development,while delivering business value.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Undergraduate studentswho arelookingto gainexperiencethroughsummer internship assignmentandacceleratedexposureto a broadarray of information technologychallengesfacedbyDover's diverse businesses needlook nofurther.If thesequalificationsandattributes mirroryourresume,this programmay be a perfectfit:

  • Working towards a bachelor's degreeinrelated field (Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Expected graduation of December 2025 or May 2026 required
  • Stronginterestin information technology careers
  • Stronginterpersonal skillsandtheabilitytoworkin aglobal businessenvironment
  • Stronganalytical skills
  • Strong interest in how information technology supports business processes.
  • Demonstratesattentionto detail /excellent timemanagement skills
  • Geographicalflexibility - opentorelocate for summer internship and then subsequently upon graduationforrotationalassignments - relocationwill be required.
  • Comfortablein amanufacturingenvironment
  • Ability to manage multiple prioritiesand multitask
