Coming out of school, new hires will engage in a 24-monthrotationalleadership programconsistingof two differentassignments (12-months each)acrossDover's Operating Companies.Ineachassignment, participantswilltakemeaningful ITassignments in the areas of business systems development, security operations, business intelligence and analytics, project management, process automation, machine learning, and many more!With supportandmentorshipfrom local andDovercorporateleadership,eachassignmentwill offer ahands-on, supportiveenvironmentthatfosters bothformalandinformallearningand development,while delivering business value.There will also be a full curriculum for personal development to accelerate your leadership capabilities while on assignment.
