An experienced cybersecurityengineering Sr. Directorwith a proventrack recordin managing and directing complexon-prem and cloudsecurity initiatives.As the Leader in the Cybersecurity organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our security transformation, evaluate security controls andidentifyopportunities to enhance the security posture, build or manage enterprise security capabilities effectively.You are strategic and forward-thinking, with the ability to guide and mentor a high-performing team. WhatYou'llBe Doing:

  • Lead and oversee the cybersecurity engineering team, focusing on developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies.
  • Drive the design and deployment of securityengineeringfor cloud, network, endpoint,mobile,cloud,IAM,email,and data security.
  • Deliver foundational and strategic security engineering solutions and programs to extend on-prem capabilities into multi-cloudenvironment(AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifysecurity risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Stay informed of the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to proactively address potential vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and manage the cybersecurity budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers and business partnersto integratedatasecurity into all phases of system development and deployment.
  • Develop security policies, standards, and procedures toestablisha strong cybersecurity foundation.
  • Increase efficiency and usability of security tools through automation and integration.
  • Align with security architecture process that enables the enterprise to develop and implement security solutions and capabilities that are clearly aligned with business, technology, and threat drivers.
  • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and best practices to advise on improvements.

WhatYou'llNeed

  • University degree or equivalent certified education and experience.
  • 10+years of experienceinManaging CybersecurityEngineeringteams
  • Extensive experience in cybersecurity engineering with a focus on cloud, network, endpoint, data security, and IAM.
  • Working knowledge with Azure, GCP and AWS cloud providers and their capabilities.
  • Experience in cloud computing (e.g., applications security, infrastructure security, storage security, platforms security and data security)
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing cybersecurity teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus onidentifyingand addressing data security risks.
  • Familiarity with the following industry frameworks & regulatory standards: Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), HIPAA-HITECH, Sarbanes-Oxley, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Privacy Practices, ISO 27001/2, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF/800.53),FedRamp,StteRamp, IEC62443..
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC preferred.
