As a Senior Consultant - HR Culture and Engagement, you'll manage efforts and programs focused on nurturing, enhancing, and advancing Capital Group's differentiated culture by partnering with key stakeholders to amplify associate engagement. You will participate in the development and lead the implementation of key elements of the culture and engagement strategy in partnership with the DE&I Senior Manager. You will execute acontinuous listening strategy, andresearch to assess levels of associate engagement, connection, and effectiveness by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting key findings of engagement data. You'll be responsible for administrating associate surveys andoverseeing technology solutions and support models.

To thrive in this role, you take ownership by proactively monitoring the impact of culture and engagement initiatives and programs across the firm. You use data to inform decision-making and ensure a cohesive approach to enhancing the associate experience.

  • You have experience in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, or Associate Engagement.

  • You've worked across large, highly matrixed environments to plan, execute, and communicate measurable impacts in corporate culture and engagement efforts.

  • You've led large-scale complex projects and are familiar with project life cycles. Your resilience has helped when enlisting the help of others, sifting through large data sets, identifying critical paths and risks, and aligning stakeholders with strategic objectives.

  • You can identify data needs, connect complex data sets, and influence decision-making with tailored recommendations.

  • You are a skilled communicator and have demonstrated an ability to engage senior leaders. You've built strong relationships to help build positive partnerships, champion initiatives, provide feedback, and influence change.

  • You consider long-term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints. You value differences, seek diverse input, drive DE&I progress, empower others to make decisions and create a positive environment for risk-taking and development.

  • You've worked on high-performing teams and have the confidence and courage to add value.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
