Manufacturing Summary Assist the supervisor with technical issues that occur in the area, mold tooling issues that affect production and quality, manage required mold work and prebuild requirements, be involved with design and pattern reviews, lead safety training and address safety issues, engage employees in search for continuous improvement ideas and assist in the implementation of the improvement ideas. Also desire willingness to be involved with production activities assisting supervisor/assistant supervisor as needed directing workflow and assisting with daily production work needs. Competencies
Education and/or Experience One-year practical training or education in field related project or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Travel Minimal day travel Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Reasoning Ability Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge in Excel, Word, LMS and Report Manager.
