Itero Group is currently on the search for a Senior Technical Recruiter. A successful candidate will have 7+ years' experience recruiting in the IT space. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform full lifecycle recruiting of cleared candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques Develop creative sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in this highly-competitive market/industry Develop and maintain strong internal customer and candidate relationships. Maintain applicant tracking system with accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization Conduct phone and/or preliminary interviews Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes Perform salary negotiations Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events REQUIRED SKILLS Minimum of 7 years of related experience A proven track record of strong performance in recruiting, sourcing, large volumes of qualified candidates Strong proactive sourcing skill; web searches / tools, name generation and networking Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally About Itero Group Itero Group is a Woman-Owned Small Business focused on leveraging Agile Innovation to drive our client's mission to successful outcomes.
