Responsibilities

    Create and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Implement the project schedule, including sequencing of activities and dependencies.
  • Monitor progress against the schedule and adjust as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
  • Develop executive level schedule metrics and management reports.
  • Identify and analyze the critical path.
  • Perform schedule analysis of progress against the baseline plan.
  • Perform "what if" scenarios within the schedules.
  • Attend project/program meetings as necessary to discuss and review schedules.


Qualifications

MINIMUM:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 3-8 years of experience in Scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively solve complex problems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

DESIRED:

  • Professional certification in a relevant field such as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Masters degree.

Target salary range: $87,217 - $153,503. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
