The Role in Brief:

Project Specialist, Enroll360

The Enroll360 Campaign Success Team oversees the planning and execution of all initiatives impacting Enroll360 marketing campaigns. Reporting into the Campaign Success Team, Project Specialists serve as an integral member of the account team, owning campaign execution for their assigned partners. Project Specialists collaborate with their Strategic Leader and Account Manager(s) daily to internally support partner and campaign work for the team's partner book. The Project Specialist's primary responsibilities include team-level campaign planning, coordination of information and tasks, oversight of launch readiness and prescribed campaign updates, execution of global initiatives, and internal campaign monitoring. Project Specialists facilitate productive team discussions, use systems/tools to steer projects through the development cycle, and serve as the liaison between various team members to support timely and accurate launches. The Project Specialist owns internal project visibility in support of clear-cut team and partner expectations.

This hire may be based in Richmond, VA.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Organize and facilitate effective team meetings, ensuring alignment of partner needs with internal project plans
  • Leverage the global workplan, Workfront, and other established tools and processes to drive campaign development and timely launches
  • Collaborate with representatives across Campaign Success, Creative Operations, Audience Selection, Strategic Analysis, Marketing Automation, and others to prioritize team needs
  • Serve as an expert on internal processes that enable campaign delivery (launches, global updates, optimizations, audience needs, data requests)
  • Liaise cross-functionally regarding project-related issues, updates, or requirements; troubleshoot and escalate questions to the appropriate parties
  • Monitor and manage paper volume and postage via their respective reports; liaise with the Mailing Operations team on paper-related campaign needs
  • Partner with other departments to deliver campaign schedules, as needed
  • Stay abreast of partner requests, updates, and needs to effectively serve as a trusted internal partner



Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of project management, planning, trafficking, and/or scheduling experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate productive meetings, use resources efficiently, meet deadlines, and keep pertinent parties abreast of important project statuses
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize, monitor, report and oversee multiple plans, projects, and performance measures
  • Familiarity with project management practices, tools, and technologies
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office suite



Ideal Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of project management, planning, trafficking, and/or scheduling experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced creative or marketing environment
  • Experience with project management software (Workfront preferred)
  • Ability to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and remove impediments that jeopardize launch timeliness and/or accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence others to achieve both project and departmental success
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary for this role is $53,000 per year.
