Description: **Hybrid | Westlake Village, CA** Our client is seeking an IT Sr Project Manager who will play a crucial role in the successful planning, execution, and completion of IT projects within Organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for driving project success, managing resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $65 - $70 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. 2. Project Execution: Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders. 3. Resource Management: Identify and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget. Coordinate with team members and departments to ensure availability and utilization of resources. 4. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high performing environment. Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members. 5. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, and technical teams. Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues, and manage stakeholder expectations. 6. Risk Management: Identify, address, and proactively mitigate project risks. Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans to minimize potential disruptions. Monitor and escalate issues as necessary. 7. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards. 8. Change Management: Evaluate change requests and assess their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget. Manage change requests, communicate changes to stakeholders, and implement adjustments while minimizing disruptions. 9. Document and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and RAID logs. Prepare comprehensive project reports for stakeholders and senior management. 10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in project management practices. Gather lessons learned from completed projects and apply them to enhance future project outcomes. Experience Requirements:
