Responsibilities

The BOLT and Wafer Fab Operations Team is looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to help drive our efforts by identifying trends and building dashboards that support data-driven decision-making. This role is crucial for providing insights that shape business strategies, ensuring our data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. The ideal candidate will work closely with a dynamic, fast-moving team to extract data, analyze patterns, and deliver insights that inform key business decisions and future initiatives.

  • Extract and manipulate data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
  • Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using a tool like Power BI, or similar platforms to visualize data and track key metrics.
  • Collaborate with other team members to understand data requirements and deliver insights in a meaningful way.
  • Support data cleaning and data quality checks.
  • Assist in generating ad-hoc reports and providing data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or an Engineering Discipline.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with large datasets or in a data-related role. (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes. (Preferred)
  • Basic understanding of machine learning techniques. (Preferred)

Pay Range: $30-50/hour
