What you'll do

As a Sr. Enablement Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering engaging learning experiences that drive performance improvement and execution capabilities across our Global Sales Development organization in North America. Your training will focus on a broad range of skills, topics, and behaviors needed to support the readiness and effectiveness of sales development representatives.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience building instructor-led training and eLearning for sales teams and delivering high-impact training. They have business and sales competence, learning design expertise, and experience with eLearning tools.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Enablement Content.

Responsibility

  • Act as an Enablement Trusted Advisor for Product Marketing, Product Management, and Technical GTM Roles to address Field Enablement needs

  • Design and develop product-focused content for global audiences to be delivered live and asynchronously using modern learning technologies

  • Manage the execution of the GTM enablement plan of record to ensure the successful launch of new products and features

  • Track progress of all projects using approved tools and formats to ensure accuracy of reporting for broader team and collaborator visibility

  • Understand the product life cycle and GTM approach, using knowledge to build credibility and trust with cross-functional partners

  • Partner with Revenue Enablement Performance Partners to plug product enablement into a framework for role-based competencies

  • Drive production of regular Product Release enablement activities and deliverables

  • Demonstrate thought leadership and expertise enablement trends, tools, programs, and technologies

  • Lead partners cross-functionally as well as identify and nominate knowledge champions as SMEs within the business

  • Collaborate with Learning Ops to create appropriate certification programs with proper tracking and reporting

  • Be responsible for functional deliverables of increasing complexity

  • Advise cross-functional leaders and teams on direction

  • Influence at varying organizational levels in and outside assigned function

  • Mentor and coach less experienced team members in completing their work and developing and strengthening work relationships

  • Navigate confidently and competently through ambiguity and change


Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of combined experience in sales/customer success and enablement function
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to design enablement strategies and oversee the execution of learning solutions to drive outcomes
  • Ability to work closely with a wide range of collaborators
  • Ability to influence with a confident, engaging, and inspiring personality
  • Insatiable curiosity and love of product technology
  • Analytical skills to drive insights from data, and measure the impact of enablement programs at scale
  • Experience with product training delivery and course design, knowledge of content development tools preferred (ex: Articulate 360)
  • Proven track record of getting stuff done and driving adoption
  • Has significant experience in function of assignment in a corporate, consulting, or other relevant business environment
  • Has demonstrated effectiveness in managing both standard and non-standard work assignments with proven abilities to deliver increasingly complex work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and exemplary organizational skills
  • Strong judgment, initiative and sense of urgency
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and project managing multiple initiatives of varying complexity and timeframes
  • A strategic problem solver who knows how to formulate sales enablement programs that are high impact and scalable, always keeping the end goal in mind
  • Can communicate effectively (written and verbally) with product, sales, customer success, marketing, and operations teams

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary

Illinois: $116,500.00 - $160,150.00 base salary

Washington: $116,500.00 - $168,200.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
