Description

As an Accounting Clerk, you would be responsible for responding to guest inquiries and requests and resolving guest billing disputes.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:



  • Invoice Processing: Responsible for accurately and promptly generating and processing invoices.
  • Payment Recording: Ensure that all incoming customer payments are recorded accurately and correctly allocated in the accounting system.
  • Customer Communication: Engage with customers to address outstanding balances, respond to payment inquiries, and provide timely payment reminders.
  • Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts receivable transactions and skillfully resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Collections Management: Proactively monitor overdue accounts and initiate collection activities to recover outstanding balances.
  • Data Entry: Maintain precise financial records by entering data accurately into the accounting system.
  • Compliance: Uphold company policies and adhere to applicable accounting standards.
