The Human Resources Business Partner will report to the Human Resources Manager and be involved in the development and implementation of strategic HR programs in partnership with the plant leadership. This role will partner with leadership and the HR Manager in the following areas: performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, engagement, supervisory coaching, change management, and other ad hoc HR projects. The role has oversight for all site Human Resources administrative processes and payroll. They will ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures and compliance with all laws/statutes regulating the employment relationship. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 to $90,000 + Bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
