As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will play a key role in helping members achieve their fitness goals by leading a variety of classes in a fun and engaging environment. Your daily responsibilities will include teaching classes, educating members on proper form and technique, providing modifications, and motivating participants to return. You'll deliver dynamic and challenging workouts infused with enthusiasm and active demonstrations. Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with a wide range of high-quality equipment and ample class spaces. We're looking for instructors with diverse skills and certifications to enhance our fitness offerings, including Strength classes, Muscle Conditioning, Cardio HIIT, Barre, Pilates, Aqua Exercise, and more. To excel in this position, you should have experience as an exercise instructor, with a talent for leading classes that inspire member retention and engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to connect with a diverse community. A solid understanding of fitness training, exercise principles, and techniques in your area of expertise is also important. This role is ideal for anyone passionate about exercise science, fitness training, customer relations, or non-profit work.
