Position Details

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Reporting and Analytics, the Senior Reporting Analyst will support customer experience through creation, deployment and support of operational analytics that facilitate business process improvement, with team members across the Global Supply Chain. This position is Hybrid requiring 50% of time onsite at either the Chicago, IL Merchandise Mart office or Lake Forest, IL headquarters.

You Will

Reporting / Application Development & Ownership

  • Provide both short and long-term solutions by creating solutions to address important needs; present actionable business. recommendations to leaders at multiple levels (Mgr. -> VP)
  • Project Manage several Medium To Large GSCRA projects, simultaneously through work sizing and development activities.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in operational analytics by leading, coaching, developing agile team members to create business critical reporting.

Analytics

  • Effectively correlate multiple data points to create metrics and reports across the business; automate to eliminate redundancies.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to understand root cause of multiple Supply Chain challenges and present findings to partners and Leaders to agree on go-forward strategies.
  • Build, test, and deploy solutions, such as, workflow enhancement tools that leverage tools including Forms, Power Automate, and Power Apps (not an exhaustive list).

Process Management

  • Partner with main process partners across all functional and support groups on process standardization projects.
  • Mapping of the current state of Supply Chain processes and make recommendations to address any gaps that could risk a seamless customer experience.

You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Math, or related field; 3-5 years of experience in related field.
  • Experience across the entire Power Platform (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proficient with systems such as Snowflake, Teradata, SQL Server, SharePoint and SAP.
  • Business, analytical and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work to foster relationships with partners, team members, and end-users.
  • Ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions by building clear plans.
