Kando - 'beyond expectations' - is our standard for the Komori brand. We are seeking a Digital Service Technician located in the Chicago, IL area. Position Summary: Travels to customer locations throughout the U.S. to install, maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Komori digital/inkjet printing presses. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: Associates degree or equivalent training/experience or completion of an Electronics school or equivalent electronics training with three to five years of direct experience as a field technician. Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and Database software. CAD experience is desired. Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver's license.
