Lead the accounting and treasury functions. Oversee cash management, cash forecasting, daily banking interactions, banking relationships, debt financing and general ledger accounting functions including financial reporting and external financial audit coordination. Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the company's financial health, compliance, the consistent application of company policies and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the general ledger accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial records.
  • Manages the monthly financial close process.
  • Oversee and provide guidance on technical accounting and reporting matters.
  • Lead treasury operations including cash management, liquidity planning/forecasting and banking relationships. Includes the development of working capital forecasts and reporting.
  • Develop and execute cash flow strategies.
  • Manage debt compliance.
  • Ensure the integrity of the financial reporting process.
  • Lead and mentor the treasury and general ledger staff providing guidance, development and performance management.
  • Stay current on financial regulations, accounting standards and industry best practices.
  • Responsible for the management of the finance modules of the ERP system. Includes the monthly accounting processes and application of complex allocation methodologies. Oversight of system upgrades and enhancements. Involves working with both finance and HR module owners as necessary to ensure consistency.
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field
  • 10+ years of applicable experience in treasury management, general ledger accounting or related finance functions; prefer experience with complex legal entity structures including accounting for acquisitions and divestitures
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills

Physical Requirements:

Physical demands are minimal and generally consistent with the performance of routine office duties. Majority of the day is spent sitting at a desk, working with computers, printers, files, and standard office equipment. Movement is required in the use of office equipment, supply locations, files, and other work locations and meeting rooms. Lifting, generally less than 20 pounds occasionally required for transporting boxes, materials and office supplies. Must be able to communicate effectively to perform job tasks.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $111,910 - $169,464
