Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Program Manager, Regulatory Surveys and Accreditation to join our Quality Patient Safety team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for leading and coordinating all Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital (PNMH) regulatory and accreditation activities related to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Conditions of Participation, The Joint Commission (TJC) survey, and hospital-based specialty accreditations. This includes continuous readiness activities, and for supporting and managing regulatory survey activities when they occur for all Methodist Hospital affiliated entities, including Methodist Hospital, Melrose Institute, and Methodist Hospital homecare, hospice, home infusion, and DME. This position will lead and facilitate all survey visits by accrediting and regulatory agencies according to the PNMH survey process protocol, including but not limited to The Joint Commission, Minnesota Department of Health, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, National Government Services, and other regulators. This position supports PNMH's commitment to high reliability and patient safety through proactive regulatory related risk reduction strategies.

Work Schedule:



  • Monday - Friday
  • Primarily daytime hours with occasional flexibility needed


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
  • 5 or more years of experience related to leading or supporting TJC or other significant accreditation processes and regulatory surveys.
  • Operates personal computer utilizing spreadsheet and word processing applications.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • BSN or other advanced degree in a clinical specialty
  • Compliance work experience in a healthcare setting and demonstrated experience regularly interacting with other healthcare regulatory agencies.
