The Inventory and Warehouse Staff Specialist will be part of SCM NAO Commodities & Materials and will support Supply Chain in managing both short and long term planning as well as in controlling program execution while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This will be done by working closely with the Assets, Plants and Operational Support groups to gather, analyze and reconcile all necessary data to allow execution of these plans. Essential Job Duties * Completing physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis. * Maintenance of all serialized materials, ensuring proper enrichment and installation in SAP. * SAP entry of all in and outbound movements for the Haley yard and surrounding areas. * Purchase requisition creation for both purchases and subcontracting. * Management of the Permian Basin beam unit purchasing program. * Working closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on hand inventory. * Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles. * Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc. Qualifications
Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications: * Experience in Materials Management. * Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry. * Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships. * Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment. * Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment. * Good organization and time management skills. Education High school or GED required Certifications/Licenses Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required Travel Requirements The percentage of travel required for this position is 10% - 15% Work Schedule 9/80 or 5/40 schedule Oxy does not charge a fee at any stage of the recruiting process.
